Terms of Service
Welcome to AIMirror. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About AIMirror
AIMirror provides UX and behavioural analytics that help customers understand friction, accessibility issues, confusing flows, and other problems in websites and applications.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for using AIMirror lawfully, configuring your implementation appropriately, and providing notices or obtaining consent where required for data collected through your site or app.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use AIMirror for unlawful surveillance, tracking, or discriminatory profiling.
- Do not share access tokens, credentials, or project access with unauthorised parties.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or technical safeguards.
- Do not use AIMirror to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
4. Data and Analytics
AIMirror analyses behavioural events and structural interface information to produce derived UX insights. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. ChatGPT and MCP Connector
AIMirror may provide an optional read-only connector for ChatGPT or other compatible MCP clients. You must explicitly authorise that connection. The connector can access only AIMirror projects available to your authenticated account and is limited to derived insights and aggregate project information exposed by the connector tools.
The connector does not provide a purchasing or checkout function. Access to features through a connected service remains subject to your existing AIMirror account and plan entitlements. Once information is returned to a connected third-party service, that service's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its handling of the information.
6. Service Availability
AIMirror may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the service develops. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using AIMirror at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, abuse, non-payment, or material breaches of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIMirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable consumer, privacy, and contract laws. Any mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
10. Contact
